6) SSC/10th Marksheet

7) SSC/10th Sanad if you have passed 10th from State board (for DOB). (size less than 250kb)

8) HSC i.e. 12th Standard or equivalent examination Statement of Marks (size less than 250kb)

10) Caste Validity Certificate (size less than 250kb)
