Why centrifugal force is called a pseudo force

A force which arises from electromagnetic , gravitational or nuclear interaction between matter is called as a REAL FORCE

The centrifugal force does not arise due to any of these interactions. Therefore it is not a Real Force

The centrifugal force in the non inertial frames of reference of a particle is circular motion is the effect of the acceleration of the frame of reference with respect to an inertial frame of reference. Therefore it is called as a pseudo or false or fictitious force
